The HSTC is not funded by any government agency. We are a group of volunteers dedicated to promotion of animal welfare and responsible pet guardianship. We are a non-profit 501c corporation; donations are tax deductible as charitable contributions. We offer financial assistance for spay/neuter of pets as funds are available.
