The HSTC is not funded by any government agency. We are a group of volunteers dedicated to promotion of animal welfare and responsible pet guardianship. We are a non-profit 501c corporation; donations are tax deductible as charitable contributions. We offer financial assistance for spay/neuter of pets as funds are available. Please take a few minutes to peruse our website and find out more about adoption, membership, volunteering and our other programs/services.
